The ROA is currently under government review, as soon as I find out anything new about it I will report it here. Given the speed that politicians work at, it could take some time...

I have recently heard from NACRO that the government review of The Rehab Act is at the bottom of their list of priorities ! So I have emailed the Ministry of Justice ( still no reply ), so I have written to my local MP Michael Meacher and have asked him to pass on my request for info to the Justice Minister Jack Straw.......Time will tell....
